** LICENCE **

[LOG] | [20220815] | [0] | [0x17]

TL;DR: - There will be no charge and it will remain open, free and available free of charge.

But to start. I have been writing stuff here for two years now that is meant to be for everyone and for free. I don't want to earn anything from it and you should just have fun with it and not put an additional hole in your wallet. So much for the principles. So far - so good. Now there are a few copycats out there on the interwebs (the not so fine cat content on the internet) and so that my content is not used to take money out of someone's pocket, there is now a license here. Of course a few people will now say: "Nobody wants to copy this stuff anyway", but I'd rather play it safe and put a license here.

WHICH LICENSE

Now there is an enormous pool of licenses out there and it takes a certain amount of perseverance to get an overview. Now I click through the GPL in all its versions, MIT License, Beeware, etc. etc. It's much easier. Why not a Creative Commons license? On the one hand, they are very well documented, transparent and understandable, widely used and perfectly suited to my needs. Which one did I choose?
The posts on the NERDBUDE will now be under the "CC BY-NC-ND". What does that mean for you?

CC BY-NC-ND

The CC BY-NC-ND allows you to download and distribute the content here. The only restrictions are:

[+] You have to name me or NERDBUDE when you distribute this stuff here
[+] You are not allowed to edit or change the content.
[+] You are not allowed to use the content commercially

Nothing more and I think this is the most suitable model for you and NERDBUDE.
If you want to use anything from NERDBUDE beyond this license, then contact us via the usual channels.
