The Discordian Pope Philip - who arose from chaos gives his end-of-year sermon.
This sermon can be distributed in audio format to all who want to renounce rubber domes and experience the glory of the click! "PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR KEYBOARDS DURING THE SERMON"
THE DISCORRIAN HACKBRETT SERMON METERIALIZED IN AUDIO FORMAT AT ZENTONIC

Transcript of the sermon

Dear community,
Dear believers of the click,
Admirers of the clack,
Dear hackers,
Dear hackers,

In this dark time I would like to welcome you in a wonderful materialization in the form of this Advent chronology.
I am here to bring enlightenment in the form of RGB!

Give me a warm click!!!!

We have gathered here in the vastness of the Internet to celebrate the glory of keyboard machines and their mechanisms.
Many of you like to spend your time in front of the modern gray boxes that connect us to the various synapses of the global networks of the digital world.
And just as many of you use input devices that deserve just as much love.

These wonderful small or large keyboards that can bring us joy can also help us in difficult and easy times.
They caress our fingers with wonderful tactility, caress our ears with rich clicks or seduce us with buttery smooth linearity.
The keys we want to pay tribute to here are not interested in who you are, where you come from or who you love.
Their love for you is unconditional and infinite.

We should all take these switches as an example in this time.

I tell you - it doesn't matter whether your clicking mechanical interface is 100%, 80%, 65%, 60%, 40% or even just 30% - each of these keyboards is welcome in our community and serves its purpose in our community.
You are probably asking yourself "Why should I, of all people, invest so much time in input devices or dulcimers these days?"
I would like to give you - dear community - this answer.
The answer is "Because it works and it's fun"

You will hardly come across an area in your hopefully already fulfilled life that can hold you so captive and in which you can delve so deeply.
You will hardly get more lost in pressure levels, colors, shapes, layouts, microcontrollers and similar stuff than in this section of your life.

Therefore, praise the diversity of your dulcimer!

At the end of the year we should also remember those who do not have the opportunity to use these wonderful mechanical interfaces.

But we don't. Each and every one of you lost souls out there has the opportunity to join us and pay homage to the mechanical dulcimers.
Come to us! We have colorful LEDs, keycaps in every color imaginable, fragrant PCBs and mate.

Convert your friends, nerds and nerdettes not to use the tools of the dark side.
Convert your friends, nerds and nerdettes to use keyboards whose functionality is in our own hands
Convert your friends, nerds and nerdettes that it is more fun to hack on mechanical keyboards than on rubber domes
Convert your friends, nerds and nerdettes that they should not believe everything that is said in podcasts.

Share your experiences, your knowledge, your enthusiasm for something so beautiful that we have here.
Don't exclude anyone.

Everyone must experience how easy it is to break away from the spongy devices of mass manufacturers and to go beyond the limits of what is known so far.
It is easy to get the necessary parts for this happiness on the Internet and to build your own happiness.
It is easy to warm up to the topic and gain access to our circles.

At this point - dear community - I would also like to mention our central organ.
In the vastness of the Internet you can find our audio mouthpiece at clickclackhack.de - everything with a "C".

Give me a warm click for our mouthpiece in audio form:

Thank you, dear community.
I thank you all, of course.
I thank this warm, cordial and incredibly fluffy community full of lovely individuals.
I thank this community that thrives on being there for each other and that also thrives on pictures of keyboards.
It doesn't matter whether you write about your experiences with mechanical keyboards, whether you take pictures of your dulcimers - even more frivolous ones - or whether you just talk about them.
Everyone in our community is an important part.

So let's pray together and say thank you to the diversity and variety of our community.

Switch us in the board,
hallowed be your clack.
Your firmware come.
Your signals happen,

As in the dulcimer, so on the desk.
Give us our daily click today.
And forgive us for our soldering mistakes,
as we forgive our soldering irons.

Lead us into temptation to build more and more keyboards,
and deliver us from rubber domes.
For yours is the click and clack
and the glory of mechanics.

Clickedyclack!

Dear community, I would like to come to the end.
Everyone should be aware these days whether they really want to spend their whole life typing on spongy, imprecise rubber dome keyboards or whether they want to join us and achieve the enlightenment of a mechanical keyboard.
Everyone has the skills and prerequisites to become a part of us.
Question your life and of course authorities and reflect on the really important things in life - namely mechanical keyboards.
Come to us and live healthier and happier.

I send you - dear community - off on this wonderful day full of keyboard stuff and wish you a wonderful time with your loved ones.
... and of course with your families.

Look after each other and praise the mechanical CLICK!
